Palms for rent

The company has unlimited quantities of flowers, which offers for rent after signing a bilateral contract. 60% of the payment is expected upon initial receipt of the flowers and 40% in the middle of the agreed rental period. The current maintenance is performed by the Lessee, and the main by the Landlord. The transport starts from BGN 1.50 / km. in one direction and is paid by the Tenant. The listed prices are without VAT.

For   the exotic vegetation and palms the discounts are as follow:

5% for regular customers / customers which have been with us for 3 consecutive years /;

5% for payment of the full amount of the contract at the first delivery of the vegetation;

5% if the contract is worth more than BGN 1,500 without VAT;

5% for over 150 calendar days rental period;

10% if the contract is worth more than BGN 3,000 without VAT;

15% if the contract is worth more than BGN 15,000 without VAT;

The above percentages can be used independently, as well as simultaneously / without the thresholds of the amounts to be combined /, if the client meets their conditions.

The rent is increased by the respective percentage of the indicated prices only for a certain period listed below:
